Once upon a time

In a galaxy not so far away, a man named Dan Gustafson loved food. So much so, that one day, after years of yearning and toying with the idea, he and his wife Suzanne discussed it and it was decided—they were going to start a food truck, and the Wicked Palate was born.

They may not seem the typical couple to start a food truck, with backgrounds ranging from cosmetology to transportation logistics, but after 26 years of marriage, they've done a lot, they've traveled, they've done foster care, they've even owned a nightclub; but that's the thing about Dan and Suzanne, they are full of surprises and so is their food.

They're dedicated to serving high quality food that will tantalize your taste buds and have you looking for a genie to wish for more, more, more. It's a little bit naughty, a little bit nice, and has a whole heck of a lot of spice.
